Penn Packaging Solutions have recently supplied a consignment for colour printed self-adhesive carry handles for WexGen in Ireland for their new GreenFlame Biomass Briquettes.

GreenFlame Biomass Briquettes are made from biomass energy crops grown by farmers in the sunny South East of Ireland.  The briquettes are made from miscanthus (also known as elephant grass). The GreenFlame briquettes are 100% Irish Grown and offer the same calorific value as peat briquettes (17Mj/kg) however, they are very low in ash, are smokeless and provide excellent heat.

To aid the carrying of these packs a self-adhesive carry handle was sourced from Penn Packaging which is applied to each pack manually. These handles have been printed in 3 colours to assist with marketing and promotional activity.

Self-adhesive carry handles for Wood supplier

Penn Packaging Solutions have recently supplied a first consignment of self-adhesive carry handles to kindling and wood specialists, Certainly Wood.

Based in Hereford, Certainly Wood supplies several types of wood fuel for both winter and summer burning. All from sustainable, well managed British woodland and they specialise in supplying premier kiln dried firewood and kindling throughout the UK.

The self adhesive carry handles were supplied to Certainly Wood for application onto their Kiln Dried Kindling range of products to facilitate easier pack handling and can also be used to add additional promotional or point of sale perspectives.

For this application the carry handles were supplied on smaller reel cores for use with the manual carry handle dispensing unit which is extremely useful for smaller promotional product runs to aid with the cutting of the handle tape to the correct length.

Penn Packaging self adhesive carry handles can be supplied in a range of sizes and specifications and can be plain or pre-printed with corporate identity or promotional information.
